Rates for 2012
All prices are per week Saturday to Saturday in €uros

Linen and towels and pool towels supplied , changed weekly / Cleaning once a week is also included, extra hours can be arranged on request  / Low season cleaning heating and electricity not inclusive. / A deposit of 30% is requested on booking / with the remainder paid 4 weeks before arrival, / together with a returnable damage deposit of €3500 / Languages Spoken: English, French German

  • There is possibility to rent the near by villa –same descriptive- belonging to the family, ideal to family celebrations.
  • arriving at 5pm departing at 10am
  • Visitor’ tax 1 € per day and  anybody
  • Housework on exit : 120 €
